Aisha Jordan, CPA
Finance, Operations & AI Transformation Executive | Advisor | Speaker
Aisha’s instinct has always been to understand what keeps an organization from moving.
She has consistently seen that the issue is rarely a lack of capable people or better tools. More often, organizations are too close to the work to see where ownership, decisions, information and execution are getting in the way.

Aisha Jordan is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of experience across finance, operations, governance, risk, reporting and enterprise transformation. Across those environments, she has seen a consistent pattern of organizations rarely struggling because they lack capable people or better tools. Progress slows when ownership, decisions, information and execution are not designed to move together. Her career has spanned forensic accounting, public accounting, global financial institutions, operating leadership, real estate development and construction, investor-backed environments, and advisory work.
She began her career in forensic accounting before moving into audit and tax, then joined Deloitte, where her work focused on external audit and controls. Her experience later expanded within JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Wells Fargo across financial and investor reporting, sustainability and non-financial reporting, governance, transformation, operations, risk and controls inside large, complex financial institutions.
In real estate development, Aisha served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations for a growing, vertically integrated business. Working directly with the CEO, she led financial management and built the financial and operating infrastructure needed to support growth. She later worked within an investor-backed environment, partnering with C-suite and investment leadership to strengthen the connection between property operations, financial reporting, portfolio oversight and executive decision-making.
Today, Aisha applies that operating lens to enterprise transformation and AI adoption, helping leaders think through how work changes, where accountability sits, how decisions get made and what needs to be in place for change to move from strategy into operating reality. Across her career, her work has consistently sat close to executive decision-making. She brings the perspective of someone who has assessed organizations, operated within them, built infrastructure and led through change.

What Carries Forward
Proximity to opportunity isn't always the same as access.
Aisha is a first-generation college graduate, raised by a single father alongside her sisters. After spending her early childhood in the inner city, she moved to an affluent suburb where access to opportunity was often assumed rather than explained or made visible. It was only later, through community engagement and supporting students and emerging professionals, that she recognized how much she had not known was available. That realization sharpened her awareness of the gap between proximity to opportunity and meaningful access.
Aisha observes how people, systems and situations work, carrying lessons from one setting into the next. She draws on those experiences to recognize patterns, ask better questions and adapt her approach as circumstances change. Across advisory engagements, skills-based service, student outreach, mentoring and professional leadership, she brings the same instinct: make things make sense, clarify what is happening, surface what is possible and help people move forward with greater understanding.
For Aisha, learning and contribution are connected. What she gains in one setting often becomes useful in another.
