Why Aisha
I’ve worked inside complex organizations. Now I help leaders see the structure underneath theirs.
I started in Big Four public accounting, where you learn quickly that the numbers matter, but the structure around them tells the deeper story.
From there, I moved through operating, finance, risk, and leadership roles across regulated financial environments, founder-led companies, real estate and private equity, professional services, and complex multi-entity operations.
Across 25+ years, I kept seeing the same pattern: the data was there, the issues were visible, but leaders were often too close to the work to see what was actually driving the friction.
That is the lens I bring now: calm, specific, practical structure, especially when leaders are trying to understand where AI belongs. Just a clearer read on what is happening, what needs to change, and what the next move should be.
